Zermatt

Early morning clouds in Zermatt. The Matterhorn, which was capped with clouds pretty much the entire time I was there. Downtown Zermatt.
No cars allowed.
The Matterhorn is one of the highest peaks in the Alps, with an elevation of 14,690 ft at the summit. It's on the border between Italy and Switzerland. Ten minutes before I had to hop on the train, the clouds finally broke. The train to Zermatt, modified to increase window viewing space for the ride.
